Suspension of evictions – Landlords and financial institutions cannot begin eviction proceedings that would remove tenants from stable housing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Online applications will be available: Monday, January 26, 2026 at 8 a.m. through Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Translation is available in 60 different languages. Applications will not be available in the Housing Authority (HA) offices, and fax or e-mail requests will not be accepted. The HA will not provide telephone assistance or applications. Applicants needing a reasonable accommodation should submit a written request to the HA at 5005 Minnetonka Blvd, St. Louis Park, MN 55416. Computers for public use are available at public libraries and may be available at other community organizations.

FREE Laundry Night!

Partnering with First Presbyterian Church in South Saint Paul and Laundry Love , we bring to you a free laundry event every 2nd Thursday of the month!

When: Every 2nd Thursday (The next one is January 8th)

Where: Clothesline Laundromat

Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Cost: FREE (yes, really and detergent is included!)

This community event is open to everyone

- You must check in with the volunteers to be assigned 2 machines. We do not record names. We will have a Spanish speaking interpreter.

- Limit: 2 washers per household.The event ends at 7 PM. Make sure your last load is in the dryer by then.
