• Generate your weekly progress summary

• Track eligibility for badges, rewards, and prizes

• Allow program administrators to monitor overall participation and engagement trends

Personal notes and mood entries are for your own reflection. We do not use the content of your private notes for any purpose beyond displaying them back to you.


3. Who Can See Your Information
 

• You can see your own daily entries, dashboard, streaks, goals, and notes at any time.

• Program administrators can see aggregate and de-identified participation statistics (e.g., total active users, average water intake across all members) and per-member summary data (days tracked, streaks, prize eligibility) for the purpose of running the program. Administrators do not have routine access to your private notes or mood entries beyond what is necessary to operate the program.

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• We do not share your individual wellness data with outside organizations, advertisers, or data brokers.

Aggregate, de-identified statistics (e.g., "68% of members met their water goal this week") may be used for program reporting and may be shared with QL partners or funders, but this data does not identify you individually.

• Access: You can view your own data at any time through your member dashboard.

• Export: Program administrators can provide you with a copy of your own tracked data upon request.

• Withdrawal: You may stop using the App at any time. You are never required to participate in the Healthy Living Program to access other Quality Life MN services.

We retain your daily entries and account information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to operate the program (e.g., calculating streaks and weekly summaries). If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain de-identified, aggregate records for program reporting.

The App is intended for adult members of the Quality Life MN community. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
