Your Content

When you submit daily check-ins, notes, or other information through the App, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Quality Life MN a limited license to store, display, and use that content solely to operate the App and the Healthy Living Program (for example, showing it back to you on your dashboard, or including de-identified, aggregate versions of it in program reporting).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on the App or website infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
The specific location (URL or screen) of the material you're reporting
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you've provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
